Include the property type and a reliable way to reach you. If the issue involves an apartment, business or shared building, note any access restrictions or other people who need to authorize work.

Ask about product-specific safety and re-entry instructions for people and pets. For termite work, compare the covered areas and whether a warranty provides retreatment, repairs or both.
