Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, the type of pest you are dealing with, the type of property, how urgent the problem is and any additional detail you choose to provide.

The intake service also records technical information, including your IP address and browser user agent, for request handling and abuse prevention. A submitted request may include the page it came from. Hosting and security services may process request logs.

How we use it

We use your submission to review your request, administer the referral service and consider referral to an independent pest control provider. Provider availability, response times, inspections and quotes are not guaranteed.

Aggregate, non-identifying information about how the site is used helps us decide what to write next and which pages need improving.

What happens to your details

Your contact details, location and pest or property information may be shared with independent providers so they can assess your request and contact you about it. We may receive compensation for a referral; sharing is part of this commercial referral service.

Submitting a request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. Do not include sensitive personal, medical or payment information in the description.

Who receives your request

The site operator and service providers that host, store and secure requests process your information. An independent pest control provider may also receive your request for referral follow-up. Providers are separate businesses, not employees of this site.

Ask anyone who contacts you to identify their business and explain how they received your request. Before hiring, check licensing, insurance, terms and the provider’s privacy practices.

Cookies and local storage

The quote form may use browser storage to retain a request reference or retry state. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes local records but does not delete information already submitted to the intake service.

We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party behavioural analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

Requests are stored for referral handling, follow-up, security and administration. A fixed retention period and automatic deletion schedule have not yet been established. You may request deletion; legal or security obligations and backup retention can affect when deletion is complete. Independent providers control their own copies, so contact them separately as well.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

You are never obliged to provide information to this site, and you are never obliged to hire anyone as a result of using it.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date shown below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
